1. Fiber Optic Infrastructure
Conducted a site survey and layout design to identify the most efficient fiber optic cabling routes across the community.
Installed a high-speed fiber optic backbone to support both current and future digital demands of the homeowners.
Delivered structured cabling with underground protection, ensuring long-term durability against weather and environmental factors.
Optimized connections for data, communication, and network reliability, giving residents uninterrupted and fast internet access.
2. CCTV Security System
Designed a comprehensive surveillance coverage plan for strategic areas such as entry gates, perimeter roads, common facilities, and parking zones.
Deployed high-definition IP cameras with night vision, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and clear image capture.
Integrated the CCTV into a central monitoring hub, enabling HOA security personnel to monitor activities in real-time and respond quickly when needed.
Conducted system testing, commissioning, and turnover, including training for HOA staff on system usage and maintenance.
2. Support & Quality Assurance
Delivered as-built documentation of all installations for easy reference and future expansion.
Provided hands-on training for administrators and security personnel to maximize the systems’ efficiency.
